Services Offered:
Consultation- meeting with you at the site to discuss what your specific ideas and/or needs are for the area in question. We share with you our vision and experience for the site, and give you the necessary information to take action.
Design- using the preliminary information from the first consultation and expanding upon it to determine what you specifically want and “dream”. We then measure and assess the site from various stand points; inside out views, focal points, problem areas, soil and microclimate conditions, existing structures and landscaping, etc. From this, we are able to draft a “working” plan. This leads to free flow designing and ideas, as well as material and cost research. We are then able to fine tune the design enough to present a few options to discuss with you. At this presentation, a final design is decided upon, with minor changes if necessary. Then, a final presentation is given at which time a proposal is presented for the construction work.

Construction- creating a new or improving/correcting an existing landscape. Many different aspects of landscaping fall into the construction category. Hardscape includes constructing walls, stairs, patios, walkways, decks, as well as creating and installing edging for bedlines as the design calls for. Softscape pertains to selecting and planting annuals, groundcovers, perennials, shrubs and trees. It also covers mulching and installing lawns. Waterscaping is the creation and incorporation of water features, such as fountains, ponds, and waterfalls into the landscape. Lighting is the selection and installation of low voltage lighting to create moods (such as drama or romance) and increase safety along walks, decks and patios in the landscape at night.
Irrigation- designing, installing and maintaining irrigation systems. We offer complete drip or rotating head systems for trees, perennials, annuals and lawns, featuring the most efficient use of water based on our years of experience. Systems are automatically controlled, offering a peace of mind while you are away.

Maintenance- the upkeep required to help a healthy landscape mature beautifully. We currently offer maintenance services on both an as needed basis and scheduled weekly, monthly, seasonally or annually. It covers shrub and minor tree trimming, perennial deadheading, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, dividing and transplanting, disease and pest identifying, spraying pesticides and herbicides, repairing winter damage, power washing, sand removal, blowing, leaf raking, debris removal, seasonal pond cleaning, and any other outdoor task requested of us.
Subcontracting- arranging for other companies to provide services and products that we do not normally offer. We are happy to refer our clients to the quality excavators, tree trimmers, masons, concrete installers, painters, electricians, plumbers, pool installers, and carpenters that we have come to know and trust over the years. If the services required are part of our design installation process, we act as the general contractor, arranging for all meetings and services needed.
